Critical Integral Education: Revolutionary Higher Education

DIFS-301. This 12 week course (6 credits) inquires into the theory and praxis of a future higher education that is revolutionary, while being integrally-sensitive to the diverse populations of teachers and learners that know something drastic has to change in how "Education" is perceived and implemented. A self-reflexive inquiry into the nature of CSIIE is used as one example of a radical new approach to higher education. The course will be theoretical and practice-based, with an emphasis on studying transformative, restorative, and trans(per)formative learning. Starting date TBA. Instructor: R. M. Fisher
